PTEN在大肠癌中的表达及临床病理学研究

Expression of PTEN and Clinial Pathology Research in Colorectal Cancer

目的探讨PTEN蛋白在大肠癌组织中的表达缺失及与其发生发展的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法评价PTEN蛋白在大肠癌组织与正常大肠组织中的表达情况。结果 PTEN蛋白在大肠癌组织中表达率明显降低,表达率为38.09%(16/42),在正常大肠组织中高表达,表达率为100%(42/42),具有显著性差异(P<0.05);PTEN蛋白的失表达与大肠癌的分化程度、临床分期及有无淋巴结转移具有相关性(P<0.05),而与患者的年龄、性别无相关性,统计学无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 PTEN蛋白可能与大肠癌的发生、发展具有一定的相关性。

Objective To investigate the non-expression of PTEN in colorectal and the relationship between the non-expression of PTEN and clinincal and pathologic parameters. Methods we evaluated expression of PTEN protein in normal colon tissue by immunohitochemical S-P method. Results Expression of PTEN protein is significantly decreased in colorectal cancer tissues, The expression rate was 38.09% （16/42）, Expression of PTEN protein is increased In normal colon tissue, The expression rate was 100% （42/42）, that has a significant difference （P〈0.05）; PTEN protein expression has correlation with differentiation of colorectal cancer, stage of clinical and lymph node metastasis in colorectal cancer（P〈0.05）. The expression of PTEN protein has not correlation and the patient＇s age, gender（P〉0.05）. Conclusion PTEN protein may be related to the incidence and the development of colorectal cancer.
