贝那普利联合美托洛尔治疗老年原发性高血压合并心力衰竭的观察

Observation of Elderly Primary Hypertensive Patients with Heart Failure and Benazepril combined with Metoprolol

目的探讨贝那普利联合美托洛尔治疗老年原发性高血压合并心力衰竭的观察。方法选取2014年1月至2015年1月在大连港医院心内科就诊的80例老年原发性高血压患者,随机分为试验组与对照组,对照组40例采取美托洛尔治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上采取贝那普利治疗,比价两组患者的左心室收缩末期内径、左心室舒张末期内径、左心室射血分数进行比较。结果治疗前试验组与对照组各指标没有差异(P>0.05),治疗后试验组各指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用贝那普利联合美托洛尔治疗老年原发性高血压合并心力衰竭患者可以明显改善患者的心功能,值得在临床推广。

Objective Discusses benazepril with metoprolol therapy observation senile primary hypertension with heart failure. Methods Selected from January 2014 to January 2015 in cardiology, dalian port hospital, 80 cases of elderly patients with essential hypertension （EH）, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, control group 40 cases treated with metoprolol, patients in the control group on the basis of adopting the captopril treatment, the comparison of two groups of patients with left ventricular end systolic diameter, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, left ventricular ejection fraction. Results After treatment the index is better than that of control group, experimental group the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Using benazepril with metoprolol therapy in elderly patients with senile primary hypertension with heart failure can obviously improve the patient＇s heart function, is worth popularizing in clinical.
