高血压脑出血术后综合护理干预的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Patients with Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage after Operation

目的探讨综合护理干预在高血压脑出血患者术后的效果。方法选取我院神经外科诊治的高血压脑出血行微创穿刺粉碎清除术的患者90例作为研究对象,根据护理方式的不同分为常规护理的对照组和实施综合护理干预措施的观察组,评估两组患者术后神经功能状况以及并发症发生情况并比较分析。结果观察组术后并发症发生率及Glasgow昏迷分值均低于对照组,差异显著均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高血压脑出血术后实施综合护理干预,能明显降低术后并发症,并改善患者的神经功能状态,提高护理工作质量,促进患者康复。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after operation. Methods 90 cases of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated with minimally invasive surgery were selected as the research object, and the observation group was divided into two groups according to the different nursing methods. Results The incidence of postoperative complications and Glasgow coma score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly reduce postoperative complications and improve the neurological function of patients, improve the quality of nursing work and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
