综合护理干预对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的作用分析

Effect Analysis of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的研究并探讨综合护理干预对腹腔镜胆囊切除手术患者的作用。方法选取2013年1月至2014年12月在我院进行腹腔镜胆囊切除手术的100例患者作为研究对象,按照随机分配的方式,将这100例患者分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50)。对照组患者在围手术期采取常规护理措施进行护理,观察组患者在围手术期采取综合护理措施进行护理。观察对照组和观察组患者的自主下床活动时间、肛门恢复排气时间、住院时间以及并发症发生情况。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者手术后的自主下床活动时间、肛门恢复排气时间、住院时间均明显缩短(P<0.05),且其并发症的发生率明显更低(P<0.05)。结论在腹腔镜胆囊切除术的围手术期对患者进行综合护理干预,能够有效加快患者的康复速度,减少并发症的发生,有效改善预后,可推广应用于临床治疗中。

Objective Study and explore comprehensive nursing intervention on patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy role. Method Select from January 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital for laparoscopic cholecystectomy in 100 patients as research subjects, according to the random allocation scheme, these 100 patients were divided into control group （n = 50） and the observation group （n = 50）. Usual care control group patients to take measures in perioperative nursing, the observation group were to take comprehensive measures in perioperative nursing care. Observed in the control group and the observation group were independent ambulation time, anal exhaust recovery time, hospital stay and complications were observed. Result Compared with the control group, independent ambulation after surgery observation group, anal exhaust recovery time and hospital stay were significantly shorter （P〈0.05）, and the incidence of complications was significantly lower （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Perioperative laparoscopic cholecystectomy for patients with comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively accelerate the recovery rate of patients and reduce complications and improve the prognosis, it can be applied in clinical treatment.
