中亚留学生对管理服务满意度研究

文章通过问卷调查的方式,了解陕西省西安交通大学、西北大学、陕西省师范大学、西安外国语大学四所高校中亚留学生在西安留学期间对所在学校管理服务的满意程度进行调查,以期有针对性地提高西安市高校中亚留学生的管理和服务水平,为我省进一步完善和发展中亚留学生教育培养工作提供有力依据。

Based on the questionnaire survey, this paper studies the attitudes of international students from Central Asia toward service and management in five universities in Xi’an, Shannxi province. Problems concerning the two aspects have been found by analyzing the data collected from the survey and some suggestions have been provided accordingly to provide reference to improve and develop service and management for international students.
