高校产学研结合人才培养机制创新研究

随着社会经济的进步,我国高校在不断的为自身发展进行着变革,产学研这一人才培养机制应运而生,同时这也是国家所大力倡导的。高校产学研与人才培养机制所进行的创新性发展,是一种通过将高校与科研机构以及企业甚至于行业,多位一体联合起来培养人才的方式,从而着力于培养出复合型、应用型以及技能型人才。二者相结合的共同目的就是为了培养出具有高质量的、具有创新性的以及高效率性的人才等,从而为国家发展提供智力以及技能的支持。尽管如此,我国高校在产学研与人才培养机制所进行的结合中,仍然存在着一定的问题需要进行解决,文章将对于高校产学研与人才培养机制结合之下的创新性进行探讨和研究,为其更好的发展做充足的准备。

China’s colleges and universities have continuously reforming along with the development of social economy, fostering the talent-cultivation mechanism of industry-university-research cooperation which actively responds to the national policy. This innovative mechanism is targeted to cultivate compound, practical and technical talents by intensifying the combination of universities, research institutions and industries to supply intellectual and technical support for China’s development. Nevertheless, certain problems need to be solved in this mechanism. This paper explores and researches the innovation of this mechanism to make greater improvement.
