摘要
文章通过对当前高职院校大学生职业规划教育现状的分析,提出大学生创新创业能力培养对职业生涯规划起到引导的作用,提出高职院校必须"全程化"深入开展职业生涯规划教育和创新创业教育,加强理念教育,加强校企合作,做好创业孵化工作,加快师资建设,鼓励科研和推进开放实验室建设。
The paper analyzes the status of career planning education in vocational colleges and proposes that cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurial ability has guiding impact on career planning. The paper also proposes that vocational college should deepen career planning education and innovation and entrepreneurial ability education for the whole journey. Vocational college should also strengthen concept education and cooperation between school and enterprise, develop pioneering incubator base and improve teacher’s construction and laboratory construction.
