Inertial frame and non-inertial frame are two important basic concepts of college physics. Flexible choices of the two reference frames not only can simplify the problems but also strengthen understanding of the knowledge in practical issues. This paper concludes and analyzes the two mechanics issues by applying the inertial frame and the non-inertial frame.
