构建大学英语高效课堂对地方应用型高校的启示——以滨州学院为例 被引量:2

摘要 大学英语课程在我国高校内广泛开设,以作者所在的滨州学院为例,非英语专业的学生不管本科还是专科都必须完成2年的大学英语课程。虽然范围广泛,但存在消耗时间长,培养成效差等不良结果。文章首先简要介绍了高效课堂的定义和特点,其次从学生上课玩手机、逃课现象、大班额教学带来的影响、学生学习动机减弱四个方面分析了课堂低效的原因。文章针对以上原因,逐个提出解决措施,多名学者提出要构建一个和谐、轻松的学习氛围,教师应该从备课、讲课、课后反思三个方面入手,提升大学英语教学的针对性和实效性。构建高效课堂,有助于教学理论和实践的结合,增强课堂教学的自觉性、预见性,减少随意性、盲目性,这一个长期的过程。 The English course for non-English majors is widely offered in the universities in our country, taking the Binzhou University as an example, the non- English major must complete 2 years in English at the University.Although the course is offered in a wide range, it contains some undesirable results such as time consumption, or poor effectiveness. This paper begins with a brief introduction, the definition and characteristics of an effective class.Secondly it analyses four aspects of students that lead to a teaching inefficiency, namely, mobile phone abuse, truancy phenomenon, large-size classroom, students’ weakened learning motivation. In view of the above reasons, this paper provides some measures accordingly. Many scholars encourage to build a harmonious and relaxing learning atmosphere, when teachers prepare, give, and reflect about the classes to improve effectiveness of College English teaching for non-English majors. The construction of an effective class is helpful to combine the teaching theory and practice. It will enhance the consciousness of the classroom teaching, and reduce the randomness and blindness,though it will take a long time.
