中小学卓越教师培养机制与实践研究

随着社会对教师专业化程度的要求越来越高,实施对卓越教师的培养势在必行。文章从卓越教师的研究背景出发,对卓越教师的角色内涵、专业素养、培养模式和特点进行了分析疏理,并对当前中小学卓越教师培养模式中的问题进行了阐述,以期通过对这些因素的探究,提出有针对性的建议。

With the increasingly high demand for teacher specialization, excellent training of teachers is imperative. Based on the research on excellent teachers, this paper analyzes the connotation of the role, characteristics, professionalism, and cultivation mode of excellent teachers, expounds the problems in the training mode in primary and secondary school to proposes relevant recommendations.
