西藏高校青年马克思主义者培养路径新审思

青年马克思主义者培养工作在西藏高校历来受到重视,将青年马克思主义者的培养融入高校整体的教育目标中,同时与西藏反分裂斗争教育的现实要求相适应,始终贯穿于大学课程教学之中。然而,面对当下社会发展变革的实景,西藏高校青年马克思主义者培养在培养内容、形式与方法等方面都呈现出困境,需要重新审视新的生长点。由此,文章试图在总结西藏高校青年马克思主义培养中的优秀传统,分析其出现的当代困境,发现新的生长点。从中寻求新的培养路径。

Tibetan universities have placed a premium on developing young Marxists so far, a move that conforms to the requirements of anti-secession education. Thus the training task has become an integral part of higher education. Nowadays, since there occur problems concerning the content, method and format of the training, a new momentum needs to be exploited on reflection. Therefore, analyzing these problems, this work is an attempt, based on an excellent tradition, to search for a new stimulus to this educational task and design new strategies for it.
