晶状体密度测定在中青年白内障手术中的应用效果观察

摘要 目的观察晶状体密度测定在中青年白内障手术中的临床应用效果。方法 203例择期行白内障手术患者随机分为观察组102例和对照组101例。观察组采用Pentacam系统进行扫描途径采集测定方案,采用Pentacam眼前节分析仪测量晶状体灰度值,对照组采用裂隙灯联合前房角镜检测定方案。比较2组的临床应用效果及术后眩光情况。结果观察组总有效率为94.12%高于对照组的81.19%(P<0.05);出现眩光观察组术后有2例(1.96%),低于对照组的7例(6.93%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论晶状体密度测定在中青年白内障手术中的临床应用效果显著,值得推广应用。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of the lens density measurement in the young and middle-aged cataract surgery. Methods 203 cases of patients undergoing elective cataract surgery were randomly divided into observation group ( 102 cases) and control group ( 101 cases). The observation group used the Pentacam system to carry on the scanning path collection,and the pentacam anterior segment analyzer was used to measure the gray value of the lens, while the control group using slit lamp combined with anterior chamber angle lens detection. Compare the clinical application effect and the post- operative glare situation of the 2 groups. Results The effective rate of observation group was 94.12% ,which was higher than 81.19% of control group (P 〈 0.05 ). In the observation group, there were 2 cases of glare after operation ( 1.96% ). It was lower than 7 eases (6.93 % ) of the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The clinical application of the measurement of the lens density in the young and middle-aged cataract surgery is remarkable, is worth popularizing and applying.
