摘要
获各琦铜矿3号主井提升系统投用以来,由于系统是直流设备,调速装置为晶闸管采用门极移相触发控制,低速时系统的功率因数很低,谐波电流较大,引起电网电压畸变,导致力调电费的产生,同时谐波污染了电源。系统采用了MSVC-L型动态无功补偿兼谐波治理装置后,改善了电压质量,提高了功率因数,并避免力调电费的产生,创造了经济效益。
Since operation of the hoisting system in 3# main shaft at HuoGeQi Copper Mine, the power factor at low speed is very low and harmonic current is bigger because the system is DC equipment and thyristor of the speed regulation device adopts gate pole phase shift trigger control,which causes distortion of grid voltage,occurrence of electricity tariff adjustment and, at the same time, the power supply is polluted by the harmonics. Adoption of MSVC-L type dynamic reactive power compensation and harmonic control device in the system enhances the voltage quality, improves power factor, avoids occurrence of power price adjustment, and creates economic benefits.
