摘要
在1250℃的燃气热冲击条件下,测试了等离子喷涂7YSZ热障涂层的抗热震性能,并采用交流阻抗技术测量了7YSZ热障涂层的阻抗谱特征.结果表明:随着热冲击循环次数增加,7YSZ热障涂层内热生长氧化物不断生长变厚,阻抗谱中频阶段的响应表现的愈加显著;同时YSZ晶界电阻值增加,电容值下降,表明YSZ内微裂纹发生了生长和扩展.
Thermal cycling test of plasma sprayed 7YSZ thermal barrier coating (TBCs) was carried out with the sample surface temperature of 1250℃. The growth of thermal growth oxide layer (TGO) and microstructure evolution of YSZ were investigated by impedance spectroscopy testing. Results indicate that the thickness of TGO layer increased with increasing of thermal cycles, and the impedance response of middle frequencies were more and more remarkable. Meanwhile, the electrical resistance of YSZ grain boundaries increased with increasing of thermal cycles, but the capacitance decreased instead.
