摘要
介绍了采用合成石载具进行拼板的方式实现微型化异形板的SMT自动化组装,并结合关键工艺点控制,实现了产品的可靠焊接,验证了此方案的可行性,同时对同行业具有借鉴意义。
Introduce the automatic SMT assembly of Micro-special shaped printed circuit board using synthetic stone module which achieved several pieces of PCB together. And combined with some key process, it realized the products reliability of reflow soldering, and also had certain reference value for the SMT assembly industry.
