话剧《驴得水》以知识分子群体为描述对象,将故事发生的场域抽象地放置于民国边远山村,在"知识分子理想"的包裹之下活现出一幅曲线救人的图景。当堕落过程被抽丝剥茧地呈现之时,知识分子群体的身份面目、现实选择及精神困境也便赤裸裸地显影于世。这不仅仅是对某些知识分子的道德批判,更是对为堕落提供"温床"的社会环境辛辣嘲讽。

In the drama of The Donkey, the intellectual group was description object, the remote village of the Republic of China was the place where the story happened, the picture of saving people through twisted means was wrapped in the ＂ideal of intellectuals＂. When the ＂fallen＂ process was shown, the intellectual group ＇s identity nature, realistic choices and mental predicaments were naked in the world. This was not only a moral criticism to some of the intellectuals, but also a pungent satire to the corrupted social environment which provided ＂breeding ground＂ for depravity.
