玉米麸皮是玉米深加工的副产品,含有丰富的膳食纤维。参考国内、外近10年来的最新研究成果,综述了玉米麸皮膳食纤维的提取技术、物化性质、生物活性和应用价值,对加强其深入研究和综合开发具有一定的参考价值。

Corn bran was produced as a byproduct of maize finish machining and rich in dietary fiber. Based on the latest research results of home and abroad in recent 10 years, the extraction process, the physic-chemical property , the biological active functions, and application of corn bran dietary fiber were summarized. This information might lead to a reference value in depth study, the comprehensive development and application of the corn bran dietary fiber.
