摘要 在无溶剂体系下合成环氧花生油,在单因素试验基础上,通过正交试验优化工艺条件,得到最佳工艺条件:花生油30 g、反应温度65℃、反应时间7 h、甲酸用量10.5 g、双氧水用量36.3 g、催化剂硫酸铝用量为花生油质量5%。在此工艺条件下制得的环氧花生油环氧值为5.4%,转化率为94.73%。 The method and conditions of epoxidized peanut oil under solvent-free system were studied in this paper. Based on the single factor experiment, the optimized reaction conditions that optimized by orthogonal experiment were as follows: peanut oil was 30 g, amount of aluminium sulphate was 5% of peanut oil ( w/w ), reaction temperature was 65 qC, reaction time was 7 h, formic acid amount 10.5 g and hydrogen peroxide amount 36.3g. Under these conditions, the epoxy value of epoxidized peanut oil was 5.4%, and the conversion was 94.73%.
