摘要
采用Photoshop软件对纳米纤维膜的扫描电镜图进行阈值分割,运用Photoshop和Matlab软件对该二值图像的黑色像素值进行计算,可得到纳米纤维膜的孔隙率。测试结果表明:壳聚糖/聚乙烯醇混合纳米纤维膜的孔隙率随着纤维平均直径的增大而减小,且两种图像处理软件得到的孔隙率相差不大。此外,通过Photoshop和Matlab软件测量了不同放大倍数的纳米纤维膜的孔隙率,测得的孔隙率差异在3%以下。
The threshold segmentation of scanning electron microscopy ( SEM ) image of nanofibers mat was analyzed by using Photoshop software. Photoshop and Matlab software were used to calculate the binary image of black pixels, and porosity of nanofibers mat was obtained. The results showed that the porosity of nanofibers mat was decreased with the increase of average fiber diameter, and the porosity from two image processing software was similar. In addition, the porosity of nanofibers mat with different magnification was also studied by means of Photoshop and Matlab software, and the difference between two porosities was below 3%.
