摘要
目的:探讨EGFR、HER-2、Eph A2蛋白在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达及临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测70例NSCLC癌组织及10例癌旁组织中EGFR、HER-2、Eph A2蛋白的表达。结果:(1)EGFR、HER-2、Eph A2蛋白在癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为54.29%,60.00%,57.14%,明显高于癌旁肺组织的0%,0%,20.00%,χ~2值和P值分别为χ~2=10.3401,P=0.001;χ~2=12.6316,P=0.000;χ~2=9.4659,P=0.028。(2)EGFR、HER-2蛋白在癌组织中的表达与肿瘤的分化程度、临床分期、大小、组织学类型、有无淋巴结转移及胸膜浸润有关(P均〈0.05),而与患者年龄、性别、是否吸烟无关(P〉0.05)。Eph A2的表达与肿瘤的分化程度、临床分期、大小、有无淋巴结转移及胸膜浸润有关(P均〈0.05),而与患者年龄、性别、是否吸烟及组织学类型无关(P〉0.05)。(3)EGFR与HER-2、Eph A2的表达呈正相关(P〈0.05)。结论:EGFR、HER-2、Eph A2三者共同参与NSCLC的发生、发展、侵袭过程,且3个指标表达具有协同作用。
Objective:To explore the relationship of expressions of EGFR, HER-2 and EphA2 in NSCLC and clini- cal pathological features. Methods:SP immunohistochemical staining was used to examine the expressions of EGFR,HER-2 and EphA2 in 70 NSCLC specimens and in 10 normal lung tissues. Results:(1)The positive rates of EGFR,HER-2 and EphA2 were significantly higher than those in the normal tissues (X2=10.3401, P=0.001; X2=12.6316, P=0.000; X2=9.4659, P=0.028, respectively). (2)EGFR and HER-2 expressions were correlated with differential, clinical stage, the size of tumor, histological type, lymph nodes metastasis and pleural invasion (P〈0.05); but. not correlated with age,sex and the smoking habit (P〉0.05). EphA2 expression was correlated with differential, clinical stage, the size of tumor lymph nodes metastasis and pleural invasion(P〈0.05); but not correlated with age, sex, the smoking habit and histological type(P〉0.05). (3)The ex- pressions of EGFR and HER-2,EphA2 protein were positively correlated with each other (P〈0.05). Conclusions:EGFR, HER-2 and EphA2 were also promote the non-small cell lung cancer's occurrence, development and transfer; and they played a correlation effection with each other.
