关苍术高效液相指纹图谱及关苍术与三种苍术的指纹图谱比较 被引量:5

摘要 目的建立关苍术高效液相色谱指纹图谱并与茅苍术、北苍术和朝鲜苍术的指纹图谱进行比较。方法色谱柱为Promosil C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)柱,流动相为乙腈-体积分数5‰磷酸水,梯度洗脱,检测波长为220 nm,流速为1.0 m L·min^(-1)。结果建立了关苍术指纹图谱,共标定22个共有峰,通过与对照品色谱图进行比对,对其中的8个色谱峰进行了指认。同时也建立了另三种苍术指纹图谱。四种苍指纹图谱差异较明显。结论建立了关苍术的高效液相指纹图谱,有助于深入研究、评价关苍术药材的质量。 Objective To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Atractylodes japonica,which compared with Atractylodes japonica,Atractylodes lancea and Atractylodes coreana. Methods Promosil C_(18)( 250 mm ×4. 6 mm,5 μm) column was adopted to separate the sample at the column temperature of 25 ℃. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-phosphoric acid aqueous with a gradient elution at a flow rate of1. 0 mL·min- 1. The detection wavelength was set at 220 nm. Results The HPLC fingerprint of Atractylodes japonica was established,which detected 22 common peaks and identified 8 compounds,and also establish fingerprints of Atractylodes japonica,Atractylodes lancea and Atractylodes coreana. Conclusions To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Atractylodes japonica is establish,which is helpful to study and evaluate the quality of Atractylodes japonica.
