摘要
试验选用道州灰鹅(公)×朗德鹅(母)杂交F_1代39只和朗德鹅39只,分别对0~12周龄的鹅进行称重,利用Logistic曲线方程对杂交F_1代鹅和朗德鹅各周龄体重变化进行拟合,并对0~12周龄两种鹅的平均料肉比进行分析。结果:①杂交F_1代鹅和朗德鹅0~6周龄出现体重增长高峰,7~12周龄相对稳定;杂交F_1代鹅和朗德鹅之间除初生重和2~4周龄体重存在显著差异(P〈0.05)外,其余各周龄差异不显著;杂交F_1代鹅和朗德鹅Logistic生长曲线模型的拟合度均高达0.998以上,杂交F_1代鹅生长拐点在6.5周龄,朗德鹅生长拐点在6.1周龄;杂交F_1代鹅第5周龄和朗德鹅第4周龄的体重与第12周龄体重的相关系数分别为0.419、0.438(P〈0.01),回归方程分别为y=0.747x+3439.8和y=1.079x+3277.2;②料肉比分析得出,饲养杂交F_1代鹅比朗德鹅节省3.3%精料和4.2%青料。试验表明,杂交F_1代和朗德鹅生长较快,其生长发育规律均符合Logistic曲线模型,两种鹅生长发育、料肉比之间存在一定差异。
The 39 hybridize F1 filial generation of the Dao Zhou Grey Geese (male) XLande Geese (female) and 39 Lande geese were selected and weighed during 0 to 12 weeks of age to study the growth development law with Logistic model, and analyse average feed conversion ratio of two breed goose. The results showed that the weight of hybrid F1 generation and the Lande goose increased rapidly at 0 to 6 weeks of age and 7 to 12 weeks of age was relatively stable. The birth weight and body weight of hybrid F1 generation and Lande goose at 2 to 4 weeks of age have significant differences (P〈O.05),and the rest of weeks age were not significantly different. The fitting rates were over 0.988 of Logistic model,Inflection of growth curves of hybrid F1 generation of goose was 6.5-week-old, and the Lande goose was 6.1-week-old. The weight of correlation coefficient between hybrid F1 generation of geese at 5 weeks of age,the Lande geese at 4 and 12 weeks of age were 0.419,0.438,respectively (P〈0.01),and the regression equations were y=0.747x+3439.8, y=1.079x+3277, respectively. Drawing the follow conclusion by analyzing feed conversion ratio, breeding hybrid F1 generation of goose could save 3.3% of concentrate and 4.2% of green material compared with the Lande goose. Obviously,two breed goose grow faster and their growth and development regularity conform to the Logistic curve model. It exists certain difference on two breed goose in growth and feed conversion ratio.
