摘要
针对日照港石臼港区"东煤南移"的要求,系统分析石臼港区煤炭运量和铁路到港车型情况,并对翻车机适应到港铁路车型情况进行技术经济比选,为该项目的翻车机设计选型提供了科学的决策和支持依据。
