摘要
目的研究532 nm激光治疗增生性糖尿病视网膜病变(PDR)的临床效果。方法应用532 nm激光对72例(122只眼)PDR患者进行激光全视网膜光凝术(PRP)。所有患眼按2002糖尿病视网膜国际临床分期均为PDR。结果 PRP术后患者视力提高,视网膜新生血管好转及消退均较明显,黄斑水肿有所减轻,总有效率达75.4%(P<0.01)。结论研究表明532 nm激光在治疗PDR,特别是伴有局部新生血管的患者有着较为明显的疗效。但新生血管部位不同,效果有明显差异。
Objective To study the clinical effects of 532 nm laser treatment for proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR).Methods Panretinal photocoagulation (PRP) with 532nm laser was performed in 122 patients (72 eyes).All patients were classified as PDR according to 2002 international classification.Results Panretinal photocoagulation ( PRP) resulted in improved visual acuity, regressed retinal neovascularization, and reduced macular edema.Total effective rate was 75.4%( P 〈0.01).Conclusion Authors study showed that 532 nm laser plays an important role in the treatment of proliferative diabetic retinopathy, especially in patients with local angiogenesis.Treatment efficacy varies for different neovascularization locations.
