飞秒激光制作薄角膜瓣和角膜上皮下混浊发生、裸眼视力相关性

摘要 目的探讨飞秒激光制作薄角膜瓣和角膜上皮下混浊发生、裸眼视力相关性。方法随机选取2013年3月至2016年3月我科屈光门诊的患者178例,依据薄角膜瓣制作方法将这些患者分为两组,即飞秒激光组(n=89)和机械角膜刀组(n=89),对两组患者的角膜上皮下混浊发生、裸眼视力进行统计分析。结果飞秒激光组患者术后角膜上皮下混浊发生率10.1%(9/89)显著低于机械角膜刀组19.1%(17/89)(P<0.05),术后角膜上皮下混浊发生在术后2周比例显著低于机械角膜刀组(P<0.05),发生在术后1个月比例显著高于机械角膜刀组(P<0.05),平均直径显著短于机械角膜刀组(P<0.05),术后1 d、2周、1个月、3个月、6个月的裸眼视力均显著高于机械角膜刀组(P<0.05)。结论飞秒激光制作薄角膜瓣和角膜上皮下混浊发生、裸眼视力密切相关。 Objective To study the correlations of femtosecond laser thin corneal flap with corneal haze and un-corrected visual acuity.Methods 178 cases of patients in refractive outpatient department from March 2013 to March 2016 were enrolled.These patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the method of creating thin corneal flap -femtosecond laser ( n =89) and mechanical microkeratome ( n =89) .We analyzed the rate of corneal haze and un-corrected visual acuity after the surgery of the two groups.Results The incidence of haze was 10.1%(9/89) in femto-second laser group 10.1% (9/89), which was significantly lower than that in mechanical microkeratome group 19.1%(17/89;P 〈0.05).In femtosecond laser group, the proportion of corneal haze within two weeks was significantly lower (P〈0.05), but the proportion at 1 month was significantly higher ( P 〈0.05).Average diameter was significantly shor-ter ( P 〈0.05) , and visual acuity at 1d, 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months were significantly higher than the me-chanical microkeratome group ( P 〈0.05).Conclusions Femtosecond laser thin corneal flap is closely related to corneal haze and uncorrected visual acuity.
