脾胃病患者出生与发病时间的干支运气模式研究

Five evolutive phases and six climatic factors in correlation with Heavenly Stems and Earthly Branches: a study on birth date and onset date of patients with spleen-stomach diseases

目的探讨脾胃病患者先天出生及后天发病时的五运六气分布特点。方法对1 347例脾胃病住院患者出生及发病日期的五运、六气各要素进行描述性统计,并通过卡方检验分析其间差异性。结果脾胃病患者出生时的司天分布差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中出生在太阳寒水司天、太阴湿土在泉之年者罹患率最高。脾胃病患者发病时的天干、岁运、司天分布差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中在水运年,尤其是水运太过的丙年,以及太阳寒水司天、太阴湿土在泉之年的发病率最高。结论引发脾胃病罹患的先、后天运气模式皆为寒(水)湿(土),这提示我们在寒湿运气之年(如丙年、辰戌年),应警惕脾胃病的发生,加强预防工作。尤其是辰戌年出生的人群,要重视固护脾胃。

Objective To study the distribution of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors at birth date and onset date of patients with spleen-stomach diseases. Methods Descriptive statistics was used to analyze the factors of five circuits and six qi of birth date of 1 347 spleen-stomach diseases patients and attack date,then Chi-square test was adopted to determine the differences. Results Distribution of celestial manager qi at birth date showed significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The leading two years of rate of suffering from spleen-stomach diseases was Taiyang cold water controlling the heaven and Taiyin damp earth terrestrial effect. Additionally,distribution of Heavenly Stems,circuits of years and controlling the heaven of the onset year showed significant differences（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of the diseases in years of water circuits,especially in the years of Bing which were characterized by water circuits sufficiency,and in years of Taiyang cold water controlling the heaven and Taiyin damp earth terrestrial effect,showed the highest. Conclusion Cold（ water） and damp（ earth） were the common mode of the risk of spleen stomach diseases. It suggested that we should pay more attention on the attack of spleenstomach diseases in cold-damp circuits years,such as Bing Year,Chen-Xu Year. And the persons who were born in Chen-Xu Year should put more emphasis on protecting their spleen and stomach.
