摘要
两台汽轮发电机组A级检修后启动中,一台发电机低速下轴振动异常大,另一台汽轮机低速下轴振动偏大。结合间隙电压值,并与历史振动数据对比,首先排除了轴振动信号异常问题,然后指出了振动异常原因是动静碰磨故障。根据发电机和汽轮机的结构特性,分别提出了多次启动和延长暖机时间的处理方法。短时间内消除了碰磨故障,机组运行稳定,没有再发生振动异常现象。
Abnormal vibration taken place on two turbine-generator units at low speed after grand a maintenance, one happened on the generator, the other one occurred on steam turbine. Based on gap voltage and compared with historical date, the author excluded abnormal vibration signals firstly, and pointed out rubbing caused abnormal vibration. According to the structural feature of generator and steam turbine, this paper proposed multiple-turning the unit and expending warming-up time to eliminate the rubbing. The treatment solved rubbing quickly and timely to ensure steady and safty operation the unit.
