理工科大学生科技创新探索型教学研究与实践

摘要 理工科大学生科技创新思维、能力和技能的培养,关系到我国的经济发展和科技进步。文章通过分析我国高校发展现状与局限,提出基于协同培养模式开展重视专业基础、拓宽学科口径、推广科技文献阅读、实行本科生—研究生—导师的双师辅导教学及多元化实践基地联合的新型培养模式,以达到具有杰出科技创新思维和技能的新一代大学生培养的目的。 The training of scientific and technological innovation thinking, ability and skills of the science and engineering students is closely related to the economic development and the progress of science and technology of our country. By analyzing the current situation and the limitations of higher education, we propose based on co-culture model to launcha the new-type training mode of promoting the professional knowledge, broaden disciplines, widely advertise scientific and technological literatures, and implement the double-tutorteaching mode of undergraduates-graduates-tutor and diversified practice teaching. The purpose is to achieve a new generation of college students with outstanding scientific and technological innovation and skills training.
