摘要
企业管理成一般都对企业员工培训给予厚望,希望通过培训解决企业面临的所有问题。培训可以为企业作出一定贡献,但却不能立即体现在公司账面上或是员工表现上。很多培训需要企业扎扎实实地去做,才能看到效果。尤其是高等学校的师资培训显得更重要。高校对企业员工的培训要考虑到坚持改革的创新为动力,员工不仅要注重自身素质的培训,而且还要重视对学生实践能力、应用能力的培养。提高企业员工培训结果的有效性,对企业未来培训的正确发展方向都有借鉴作用。
Business management of the enterprise generally gives high expectation on employee training, hoping to solve all the problems the enterprises facing through training. Training will make some contribution to enterprises, but can not immediately ref lect on the company book or on staff performance. it needs company to do it indeed to see the effect.It is especially important in teacher training of colleges and universities. College training for employees needs take innovation adhere to the reform as a driving force into account, not only focuses on staff training their own quality, but also pay attention to the skills of the students' practical abilities and abilities to develop applications. Improving validity of staff training results can draw a lesson for the right direction for the company's future training.
