民航机场安检排队系统的发展趋势与研究 被引量:11

Tendency and Research on the Queue System of Airport Security Check

摘要 本文针对我国民航机场安检系统所面临的安检系统压力过大,乘客等待时间长,乘客满意度低等问题,引入虚拟排队的概念。首先,对虚拟排队进行定义;其次,介绍了机场安检系统中虚拟排队的流程;然后,建立机场安检虚拟排队模型,并对某机场的实际安检系统进行分析。本文将乘客分为无虚拟排队乘客,部分为虚拟排队乘客和全部为虚拟排队乘客,经数据模拟分析可以得出,当乘客部分为虚拟排队乘客和全部为虚拟排队乘客时,乘客较无虚拟排队乘客的平均等待时间分别减少了20%和70%。虚拟乘客数量越多,乘客等待时间越短,说明虚拟排队模型能有效减少乘客等待时间,增加乘客满意度。 The purpose of this paper is to solve the problems of high pressure in airport security check,long waiting time of passengers and low satisfaction of passengers,according to the virtual queue.Firstly,the virtual queue is defined.Secondly,the process of virtual queue in airport security check is introduced.Then,the model of virtual queue is established to analyze the actual situation of airport security check.The passengers are divided into none for virtual queue passengers,part for virtual queue passengers and all for virtual queue passengers.The result of the analysis is that when part of passengers and all passengers are virtual queue ones,the average waiting time of the passengers can be reduced by 20%and 70%,respectively.It can not only manifest that the greater the number of virtual queue passengers,the shorter the waiting time,but also indicate that virtual queue model can effectively decrease the average waiting time of passengers and increase the satisfaction of passengers.
