摘要
当前,我国石化企业所面临的工艺及能源优化、安全生产辅助决策和海量数据分析等实际业务需求,均需通过智能计算得以满足,这恰好为实现现有MES产品智能化提供了宝贵的契机。为此,本文提出了通过在现有MES平台之中,构建智能计算服务环境,既能满足石化各企业智能计算方面的实际业务需求,又可提升MES产品应用水平的有效解决途径。在本文中,我们首先给出了智能服务环境总体框架,指明了所需解决的关键问题;接着,以能源优化问题为例具体说明构建智能计算服务环境过程,即通过对能源优化问题的分析,选择GAMS软件作为能源优化问题的求解软件包;采用.NET组件技术,将GAMS软件封装于MES平台之中,通过提供相应优化计算服务实现对GAMS求解算法包的调用。进而,指出这一方法同样适用于其他智能计算问题求解算法包的选择、封装和调用,并可形成公共算法库。最后,介绍了所构建的智能计算服务环境在燕山石化的实际应用案例,说明其对燕山石化乙烯装置能源优化这一智能计算问题的求解实现过程及应用效果。
Currently, computational intelligence can be attributed to meeting the actual business requirement of process and energy optimization, security assistant decision and massive data analysis in the field of China petrochemical industries. It is the right time of realizing intelligent of the existing MES production. Therefore, in this paper, the effective solution of the above problem is proposed, that is, by constructing the intelligent computing service environment in the existing MES platform, all kinds of intelligent computing business requirement in petrochemical industries can be satisfied, so that both enterprise's fine management level and economic benefits can be raised as well. And the application level of MES product can be improved. In our paper, firstly, the overall framework about the intelligent computing service environment is presented, and the key issues are demonstrated. Then, how to construct the intelligent computing service environment is shown exampling for energy optimization. That is, GAMS is chosen through the analysis of characteristic of energy optimization problem. Afterward, GAMS component is formed by using.NET technology, is packaged in the MES platform and is called by the corresponding computing services. Furthermore, it is shown that the above method is suitable for choosing, packaging and calling of solving algorithms package for the other intelligent computing problem faced by China petrochemical enterprises. And then the common algorithms can be constructed. Finally, the application case in Yan Shan petrochemical about the constructed intelligent computing service environment is introduced. The solving process and actual application effect are described for energy optimization problem about ethylene unit in the enterprise.
