基于分数阶(PID)^γ控制器的中频感应电炉温度控制

摘要 针对中频感应电炉炉温控制中存在的大惯性、非线性、模型不确定性等特点,提出了一种分数阶(PID)^γ制器设计方法。该控制器基于内模控制(Internal Model Control,IMC)及分数阶滤波器推导得出,仅包含两个可调节参数,有利于控制器参数的整定,并基于控制系统的相位裕量和截止频率,实现了分数阶(PID)^γ制器的参数整定。所提方法不仅可以使温控系统具有较好的设定值跟踪和干扰抑制特性,而且当系统参数摄动时表现出更好的鲁棒性,仿真结果证明了本文方法的有效性。 For the great inertia, nonlinear, model uncertainty in the temperature control of medium frequency induction furnaces, a design method for fractional order(PID)^γcontrollers is proposed. Based on the internal model control and the fractional order filter, a fractional order(PID)^γcontroller is created. This controller only contains two parameters, it is conducive to the parameters tuning. According to the phase margin and the cutoff frequency, the parameters tuning of the fractional order(PID)^γcontroller is realized. The proposed method not only provide a better dynamic performance of both the command tracking and disturbance rejection for temperature control system, but also provide a better robustness against parameters perturbation. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness and validity of the proposed method.
