基于百度热力图的职住平衡度量研究

为探究重庆都市区的职住关系,采用了数据挖掘技术和GIS技术,构建了基于百度热力图数据的职住关系指数的度量方法,以北京作为对比,来分析重庆都市区的职住关系和空间特征.研究表明,与北京严重职住分离现象不同,重庆都市区的职住关系总体较好,多数组团处于平衡区间,只有部分地区产生了明显的就业或者居住集中.

A job-housing balance measure based on Baidu thermodynamic diagram was constructed. Such work was applied to the job-housing relation and spatial characteristics in Chongqing metropolitan area and compared with Beijing. Chongqing job-housing relation was found to be in general, most groups were in the balance interval. Only a small number of areas showed apparent employment-concentration or housingconcentration. This is due to application of the theory of production and city development in new town construction and job-housing balance. The present paper provides an example of urban planning and development research.
