摘要
当今社会,希望在生育黄金时期冷冻卵子的单身女性日益增多。按照我国现行的法律法规,对未婚女性是禁止开展人工辅助生殖技术的,其中也包括冷冻卵子。本文分析研究单身女性冷冻卵子所引发的法律问题,从保障单身女性生育权、明确冻卵法律属性和加强相关立法等方面提出应对建议。
In current society, the number of single women who hope to freeze their eggs in the fertility golden age is increasing. According to the current laws and regulations in China, it is forbidden to carry out artificial assisted reproductive technology on unmarried women, including frozen eggs. In this paper, legal issues caused by single women＇s frozen eggs are analyzed and studied, and the countermeasures are put forward from the perspectives of ensuring single women＇s reproductive rights, clearing legal attributes of frozen eggs and strengthening related legislation, etc..
