摘要
本文针对具有区间值直觉不确定语言信息的多属性群决策,定义了两个广义混合累积算子.它们不仅综合考虑了属性自身及序位置的重要性,同时考虑了它们各自间的交互作用.值得一提的是:许多区间值直觉不确定语言累积算子是本文所定义算子的特例.当权重信息不完全已知时,建立了关于专家集、属性集和相应序位置集合上最优模糊测的数学规划模型.基于所定义的算子和建立的数学模型,提出了一种新的区间值直觉不确定语言多属性群决策方法.最后,通过对一个城市图书馆空调系统的评价来说明所给方法的具体应用.
With respect to interval-valued intuitionistic uncertain linguistic sets, two induced generalized hybrid aggregation operators are defined, which do not only globally consider the importance of elements and their ordered positions but also overall reflect their correlations. It is worth noting that many interval- valued intuitionistic uncertain linguistic aggregation operators are special cases of our operators. If the weight vectors are incompletely known, models for the optimal fuzzy measures on an expert set, on an attribute set and on their ordered sets are respectively established. As a series of development, an approach to interval-valued intuitionistic uncertain linguistic multi-attribute group decision making with incomplete weight information and interactive characteristics is developed, and an illustrative example is provided to show the concrete application of the proposed procedure.
