金水清治疗IgA肾病模型大鼠的实验研究

Experimental Study of Jinshuiqing Decoction on Model Rats of IgA Nephropathy

目的探讨金水清对IgA肾病模型的治疗作用。方法采用口服牛血清白蛋白和葡萄球菌肠毒素B感染的复合法,复制大鼠IgA肾病模型,并分别给予金水清和血尿安胶囊治疗,利用光镜、免疫组化及生物学方法对大鼠进行观察。结果金水清能减少尿红细胞、降低尿蛋白,并通过下调转化生长因子-β1(TGFβ1)的表达抑制细胞外基质的积聚,减轻肾小球和肾小管损伤,从而改善肾功能,延缓IgA肾病的进展,且疗效与治疗时间成正相关。结论金水清抑制IgA肾病模型大鼠肾组织的TGFβ1分泌作用可能是其治疗IgA肾病的作用机理之一。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Jinshuiqing（ JSQ） decoction on IgA nephropathy model rats. Methods Oral bovine serum albumin and staphylococcal enterotoxin B complex infection methods were used to copy IgA nephropathy model rats,JSQ decoction and Hematuria capsule were given respectively,light microscopy,immunohistochemistry and biological methods were used to to observe. Results JSQ decoction can reduce hematuria,proteinuria,and inhibit the expression of TGFβ1 by the accumulation of extracellular matrix,reduce glomerular and tubular damage,thereby improving renal function,delaying the progression of IgA nephropathy,and there is a positive correlation between the curative effect and the treatment time. Conclusion The inhibiting effect of JSQ on the serection of TGFβ1of IgA nephrotic model rats＇ s nephridial tissue may be one of the mechanisms of treating IgA nephropathy.
