瘿病源流简析

Investigation and Explanation of Origin and Development of Goiter

以先秦两汉、隋唐、宋金元、明清四个时期,将瘿病的发展总结为理论奠基期、方药汇集期、方药充实期和应用发展期。通过对中国历代医学文献中有关瘿病内容的梳理,追溯有关瘿病理、法、方、药认识的历史,厘清前人对瘿病在不同历史时期的表述特点,以及前人对这一疾病认识的发展脉络,为现今中医药防治瘿病提供理论依据和启示。

To clear up the characteristic of goiter in the aspect of language application in different historical period by digging into Chinese ancient medical literature,as well as the predecessors＇ knowledge on the disease development and its direction. The history of goiter development was summarized into 4 stages： the theory foundation stage,the prescription collecting stage,the prescription enriching stage and the adhibition evolution stage.
