痰热清注射液联合西医常规治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期临床观察

Clinical Observation on Tanreqing Injection combined with Conventional Western Medicine in Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease in Acute Exacerbation

目的观察痰热清注射液联合西医常规治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)的临床疗效。方法将70例AECOPD患者随机分为两组,对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用痰热清注射液。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后氧分压(Pa O2)明显提高,血气二氧化碳分压(Pa CO2)明显下降(P<0.05)。结论痰热清注射液联合西医常规治疗疗效显著,可以有效改善患者血气指标,提高临床治疗效率和术后生活质量。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Tanreqing injection combined with conventional western medicine in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in acute exacerbation（ AECOPD）. Methods 70 patients with AECOPD were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,control group received routive western medicine,treatment group received Tanreqing injection combined with conventional western treatment,both groups were treated for 7d. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group,blood gas partial pressure of carbon dioxide（ PaCO2）,partial pressure of oxygen（ PaO2） of treatment group improved obviously with significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Tanreqing injection combined with routine western medicine can improve the index of blood gas,inhance the clinical efficienly improve quality of life effectively.
