针药并用治疗单角子宫伴输卵管炎成功妊娠2例

Clinical Observation on 2 cases of Successful Pregnancy by Acupuncture combined Medication in Treatment of Uterus Unicornis with Salpingitis

单角子宫的患者因一侧输卵管缺失或合并卵巢的缺失,其妊娠率较正常人下降,单角子宫可导致不孕症、复发性流产及早产,生殖预后差。现报道2例中医药结合针刺治疗后成功妊娠的病例,治疗上以调经助孕与清热活血并用,辨证施治,方能成功受孕。

The pregnancy rate of the patients with uterus umicornis is lower than that of normal persons because of the loss of one side fallopian tube or the ovary,and it can lead to infertility,recurrent abortion and premature birth. two cases of successful pregnancy cases with traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture treatment,who received regulating menstruation and helping pregnancy and clearing away heat and promoting blood circulation were reported. The treatment was based on differentiation of symptoms and signs.
