摘要
分析了自助加油站安全管理中存在的设备设施安全性能不足、现场安全管理内容未适应新要求以及安全宣传气氛不浓等问题,提出了改进自助加油机功能、增设消除静电装置、增配消防器材、设置现场安全监督员、完善应急预案、加强安全宣传力度等措施。
The problems existing in field safety management of self service gas station are analyzed,such as: the safety performance of equipment and facilities is not enough,the content of the site safety management cannot adapt to the new requirements,and the safety publicity atmosphere is not effective. Some improving measures are put forward,viz. improving the function of self- service dispenser,adding electrostatic eliminating device,disposing firefighting equipment,arranging the site safety supervisor,improving emergency plans,and strengthening safety publicity,etc.
