摘要
利用沾化冬枣核为试验材料,进行了冬枣核多糖的提取分离研究。通过单因素试验确定冬枣核中多糖的含量,进一步通过正交试验确定了多糖的较优提取条件。结果表明:各因素对枣核多糖提取效果的影响程度从高到低依次为浸提温度>浸提时间>料液比。综合考虑提取效果与生产成本,对提取条件进行优化,确定了适宜的提取条件:料液比1∶20、浸提温度90℃、浸提时间4h。以期为冬枣的综合加工利用、为从废弃植物材料中提取生物活性成分提供参考。
This experiment is a research which carried on the steps of the extraction and separation of polysaccharides, polyphenols and flavonoids by using experimental materials of Zhanhua Dongzao pit. The content of polysaccharide determined by single factor experiment was more than the content of polyphenols and flavonoids. The best extraction' s condition of polysaccharides needed us to determine through the orthogonal experiment. Results showed that the influence degree of the effect of various factors on the date polysaccharide extraction from high to low in the order went as. extraction time 〉 extraction temperature 〉 solid--liquid ratio. Considering effect of extraction and the production cost, we optimized the extraction conditions and determined the suitable extraction conditions of material liquid ratio 1.20, leaching temperature 90 ℃, the leaching time 4 h. We hoped to provide reference for integrated utilization of Dongzao and extraction of active substances from waste plant materials.
