摘要 对微波辅助条件下乙醇溶液提取香椿叶中黄酮成分进行了研究,以总黄酮提取量为考察目标,综合单因素影响确定通过L9(34)正交实验初步确定最佳提取工艺条件为:甲醇浓度50%,微波频率取700 W,料液比1∶25,回流25min,获得的黄酮提取收率5.34%。 Extracting flavonoids by microwave with ethanol, the content of flavonoids in the extraction was determined. Taking the total extraction content of flavonoids as target, through single factor in L9(34) orthogonal experiment, we found that the optimum process condition was under the ethanol concentration of 50 %, microwave power of 700W, extraction time of 25 min and solid--liquid ratio of 1:25. The yield of flavonoids was 5.34%.
