钛材在燃煤火电厂湿烟气环境中的应用及发展方向 被引量:3

摘要 随着燃煤火电厂超低排放改造的推进,大多数燃煤火电厂在湿法脱硫后取消了烟气再热系统,使得湿法脱硫后设备常年处于腐蚀性很强的湿烟气环境中。钛材因其优良的耐腐蚀性能,在火电厂湿烟气环境中得到广泛应用,但同时也存在一些问题。为此,对钛材在火电厂湿烟气工程中应用的现状进行了分析,认为钛材在燃煤火电厂湿烟气中具有很好的应用前景,但是需要严格控制材料的加工工艺及安装水平,以确保其耐腐蚀性能的长期稳定可靠。通过分析钛材在燃煤火电厂湿烟气环境中应用存在的问题,对今后发展提出了相关建议。 With the promotion of the ultra-low emissions of coal-fired power plants, the Gas-gas Heater(GGH) which installed after Wet Flue Gas Desulfurization (WFGD) system is generally dismantled. Then, the equipments after the WFGD are exposed in the wet flue gas environment with strong corrosion after all year round. Owing to excellent corrosion resistance, titanium materials have been widely used in the wet flue gas environment of coal-fired power plants and appeared some problems. This paper summarized the situation of titanium materials in engineering application of coal-fired power plants of wet flue gas, and concluded that titanium materials to wet flue gas corrosion in the coal-fired power plants had a good application prospect. But it was need to strictly control the material processing and installation technology and ensure that the anticorrosion was long-term stable and reliable. By analyzing the existing problems in the application of titanium materials in the wet flue gas environment of coal-fired power plants, same related suggestions for future development were also put forward.
