摘要
由于航天单机产品受到研制进度、经费和技术手段等多方面的限制,因此,一般无法利用可靠性验证试验来验证其可靠性指标,而只能采用评估的方式对其进行定量的评价。对某星载接收机的可靠性评估方法进行了研究,并采用CMSR结合Bayes方法对其可靠性进行了评估。结果表明,该方法对于航天单机产品的可靠性的评价具有一定的借鉴意义。
Due to the fact that aerospace standalone products are subject to the restrictions of development schedule, funds, technical means and other factors, so their reliability indexes can not be verified through reliability verification test and only can be quantitatively evaluated through evaluation method. The reliability evaluation method of a satellite receiver is studied, and the reliability of the satellite receiver is evaluated through CMSR combining Bayes algorithm. The results show that this method has a certain reference value for the quantitative evaluation of the reliability of aerospace standalone products.
