摘要
基础研究对一国经济增长具有至关重要的作用.利用2005—2010年世界28个代表性国家和地区科技指标分析发现:我国研发投资结构不合理,基础研究投入占比过低,尤其表现在企业部门.同时,使用面板数据,对国家和企业层面的实证分析发现:基础研究投资对政府资助的依赖性较强;资本市场发展能显著提高基础研究投资;另外,知识产权保护以及FDI也能促进基础研究投资.
Basic research plays an important role on economic growth. By analyzing the R＆D indicators of 28 repre- sentative countries and regions in OECD database from 2005 to 2010, it finds that China＇s R＆D investment structure is unreasonable and its basic research input of R＆D ratio is too low, especially for the enterprises. The empirical analysis on the panel data shows that basic research investment relies heavily on government funding, and the development of capital market positively influences basic research intensity. Moreover, intellectual property protection and FDI can also promote basic research investment.
