创新资源再配置对工业生产率增长的影响研究——MP方法的拓展及来自中国工业的证据 被引量:1

Impact of Innovative Resource Reallocation on Industrial Productivity Growth——Expansion of MP Method and Evidence from China's Industrial Sectors

摘要 在揭示创新资源再配置影响生产率增长微观机理的基础上,通过拓展MP方法建立聚集创新资源再配置的生产率增长分解方法,选取我国1998—2007年工业企业微观数据为研究样本,对中国工业总体以及代表性产业总量生产率增长进行分解,实证分析创新资源再配置对工业总量生产率增长的影响.研究表明:创新是主导工业总量生产率增长的重要因素,除企业层面创新性生产率增长的贡献较大外,创新资源再配置效率的改善也具有正向效应,其中技术密集型产业创新资源再配置效应相对较大.除了提升企业本身的创新效率,政府还应通过制订合理的产业政策促使高效率企业进入市场、低效率企业有序退出市场,强化创新资源跨企业的有效配置,提升我国工业的技术水平和创新绩效. Based on the revelation on microcosmic mechanism of innovative resource reallocation affecting productivity growth, it buih a method of productivity growth decomposition focusing on innovative resource realloeation by expanding MP method, and then explored empirically the impact of innovative resource realIocation on industrial aggregate produc- tivity growth through the decomposition of Chinese industrial aggregate productivity growth, using micro-level data of Chinese industrial enterprises from 1998 to 2007. The results show that innovation activity is an important source that leading industrial aggregate productivity growth, and in addition to enterprise-level innovative productivity growth, the progress of innovative resource reallocation also has a positive effect on industrial aggregate productivity growth, and tech-intensive industry relies more on innovative resource reallocation. Therefore, except to promote enterprise-level in- novative efficiency, the government should formulate reasonable industrial policy to bring enterprises of high efficiency to enter into the market and push enterprises of low efficiency to exit from the market, reinforce effective allocation of innovative resources, and eventually improve technological level and innovation performance of China's industries.
