摘要
在异丁烯醇聚氧乙烯醚(HPEG)、丙烯酸(AA)体系的基础上,通过降低体系酸醚比并引入苯乙烯(ST)及马来酸-β-环糊精(MAH-β-CD)类单元,研制了苯乙烯/环糊精型聚羧酸减水剂。实验结果表明,该材料表现出了良好的抗泥性能,当膨润土掺量为2%,减水剂折固掺量为0.16%时混凝土减水率仍可达27.7%,60 min内坍落度基本无损失。
Polycarboxylate superplasticizers modified by β-cyclodextrin and styrene groups were synthesized via free radical polymerization from β-eyelodextrin grafted maleic an'hydride monomer, styrene,acrylic acid and isoprenyl oxy polyethylene glycol (HPEG). The experimental results show that the material behaves a good performance of anti-clay. When the content of bentonite was 2%,the water reducing rate was 27.7%(0.16% by weight of cement) , and there was no slump loss in 60 rain.
