江苏地区冬末春初季节施工用真石漆的制备

Preparation of stone-like coating for construction in late winter and early spring season in Jiangsu area

选用硅丙乳液为真石漆基料,以彩砂为填料,苯甲醇、乙二醇单丁醚、Texanol为成膜助剂,添加增稠剂、杀菌剂、pH调节剂等配制成适用于冬末春初季节施工用真石漆,经测试其性能符合JG/T 24—2000《合成树脂乳液砂壁状建筑涂料》标准要求。

In this article,in order to prepare stone-like coating selected silicone acrylate emulsion as base stock,color sand as filler, benzyl alcohol,ethylene glycol butyl ether and Texanol as coalescing agents,add thickening agent and bactericidal agent, pH regulator and formulated to be applicable for late winter early spring season construction. Test results show its performance can reach the national standard JG/T 24--2000 ＂Sand textured building coating based on synthetic resin emulsion＂.
