摘要
研究了稳泡剂掺量、钙质材料掺量、水料比和石膏掺量对B04级加气混凝土抗压强度的影响规律。结果表明,就抗压强度而言,稳泡剂的适宜掺量为0.04%~0.05%,水料比为0.52~0.54,钙质材料的适宜掺量为27%~29%,石膏的适宜掺量为4%~5%,按此配比制备的B04级加气混凝土抗压强度可达到2.8MPa。
In this paper, B04 fly ash autoclaved aerated concrete compressive strength,which was influenced by the proportion of water and materials and the dosage of foam stabilizer, calcareous materials and gypsum,was researched by experiment. In terms of compressive strength,the appropriate dosage of foam stabilizer, calcareous materials and gypsum was 0.04%-0.05% ,27%-29% and 4%-5% respectively,and the proportion of water and materials was 0.52-0.54. The compressive strength of B04 fly ash autoclaved aerated can reach 2.8 MPa.
