高性能装饰混凝土工艺品试验分析与研究

The experimental analysis and research of high-performance decorative concrete handicraft

结合装饰混凝土工艺品实践,从改善装饰混凝土工艺品的外观质量、耐久性的角度出发,对装饰混凝土的原材料、配合比和成型养护方法进行研究。试验表明:装饰混凝土工艺品的最佳配比为:m(水泥):m(微珠):m(矿粉):m(硅灰):m(细骨料):m(减水剂):m(抗碱抑制剂):m(可再分散乳胶粉):m(消泡剂):m(聚丙烯纤维)=60:20;12;8:120:0.9:0.3:1:0.04:0.3,水胶比为0.24,按此配比制备的装饰混凝土工艺品最能满足成型条件需要,且在基本养护完成后进行保护性喷涂的工艺品,较少出现气泡和泛碱现象。

Combining the decorative concrete handicraft practice,in order to improve the appearance quality and durability, this article investigates the raw materials,mixing ratio and curing methods of decorative concrete. Experiment showed that the mass ratio of cement：beads：mineral powder：silica fume：fine aggregate：water reducing agent：alkali resistant inhibitors：disperse latex powder： antifoaming agent：polypropylene fiber content is 60：20：12：8：120：0.9：0.3：1：0.04：0.3, and the W/C is 0.24 of the decorative concrete crafts can meet the needs of the processing conditions. The craft with protective coating spraying after basic curing can reduce bubbles and efforescence phenomenon.
